All bookings are confirmed only after a written confirmation from Colors Vacations and receipt of the required advance payment. This website is for information and enquiry purposes only — no booking is made or payment processed online.
All prices listed are starting prices per person based on double occupancy and are subject to availability and seasonal variation. The final price will be confirmed in your personalised proposal. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable advance (typically 25–30% of the total package cost) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the schedule provided in your confirmation letter. All payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque — no online card payments are processed through our website.
60+ days before departure: Loss of advance deposit only.
30–59 days: 50% of total package cost.
15–29 days: 75% of total package cost.
Less than 15 days: 100% of total package cost.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Some packages include basic insurance; please review your proposal for details. Colors Vacations is not liable for any losses arising from lack of adequate travel insurance.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure valid travel documents. We provide guidance on visa requirements but bear no liability for refusals or issues at immigration.
Colors Vacations acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and local operators. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers, acts of God, strikes, government action, or circumstances beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
